My woven work is created on a small floor loom, building my images row by row, within the parameters of the warp and weft. Inspired by hand-drawn comics, graphic design, and children’s book illustrations, I make work that captures ideas, stories, feelings, and moments in time. 
  
As an artist, I am interested in how humans explain the world to themselves through science and folklore. My work explores how we connect to ourselves, each other and our communities through story telling and shared experiences.
